Greenley Croft Wigwam
Greenley Croft wigwam is a single ensuite wigwam; located on a small croft on the unspoilt Banffshire coast between the picturesque coastal villages of Pennan and Crovie.Though Greenley is no longer a working croft there are cows and sheep in the surrounding fields. The wonderful views,bird-life and peaceful location make this the perfect rural retreat.
For those interested in ceramics we also have a working pottery and small gallery (www.salixgallery.com) which also displays photographs, prints, poetry and cards.
Several walks start from the wigwam, including the Five Farm Walk with its stunning sea views; while another short walk takes you to the dramatic cliffs of Troup Head which boasts the largest mainland gannetry in Britain. It’s the perfect spot for a quiet holiday, ideal for walkers, birdwatchers and beachcombers. Greenley Croft Wigwam provides a perfect base for enjoying the many golf courses in the area, exploring the Malt Whisky Trail, or the Banff Castle Trail starting with Duff House.
